How to Apply
The application and registration procedures of foreign citizen candidates, in the programs of the first cycle of studies, in the programs of studies with a professional character, as well as in the integrated programs of studies of the second cycle, full-time.
- Photocopy of identification document (identity card or passport)
- Notarized photocopy of the State Matura diploma or matriculation certificate, together with the grade certificate. If the candidate’s diploma was issued by a foreign institution, it must be accompanied by a certificate of recognition and unity by the QSHA.
- Personal certificate (not family).
- Two personal photographs.
- Payment.
- Students who enroll in the second study program must also submit a notarized photocopy of the first diploma together with the list of grades.
- Students with foreign citizenship must submit the protected Albanian language at the University of Tirana.
